a111 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Player Agreement

a111, operated at a111.wine, is an online betting and gaming platform designed for Pakistani players. These Terms govern the entire relationship between a111 and every registered user on the platform. They apply to all services offered by a111, including sports betting, poker, Aviator, Andar Bahar, esports betting, live dealer games, and any other product or feature made available through the platform now or in the future.

By creating an account on a111, depositing funds, placing any bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to abide by them. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they have also read and agreed to them.

a111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to registered users through the platform's notification system and by updating the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of a111 after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use a111, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. a111 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. a111 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age, and accounts where the holder is found to be under 18 will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are under any legal restriction that prevents you from gambling or using betting services, you must not register with a111.
• One account per person: Each person is permitted to hold only one a111 account. Attempts to create duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or through any other means — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any outstanding balances being forfeited.
• Personal use: Your a111 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, bet on your behalf, or access your account credentials.

To use a111's services, you must complete the registration process available at /register. During registration you will be asked to provide personal information including your name, mobile number and date of birth. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, truthful and kept current at all times.

a111 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks on any account at any time. This may include requesting copies of your CNIC, a selfie, proof of your registered mobile number, or any other documentation a111 deems necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

• You must not use false, borrowed, or fabricated identity information when registering.
• You must not register using someone else's mobile number or payment method.
• The mobile number you register with must be one you actively use and have sole control over.
• a111 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to give a reason.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a111 account credentials, including your password and any security codes associated with your account. a111 strongly advises setting a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other service.

Any activity that takes place under your a111 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you or carried out by another person using your credentials. a111 will not reverse or reimburse losses that result from another person accessing your account using your own login details, unless a111 is found to have been negligent in the protection of your credentials at its end.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify a111 immediately via live chat or by emailing support@a111.wine. a111 will temporarily suspend the account while the matter is investigated.

a111 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits and account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No conversion to or from a foreign currency is required for Pakistani players.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction, subject to any higher minimum set by the chosen payment method provider.
• Ownership of funds: You confirm that all funds you deposit into a111 are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from criminal activity or any other illegal source.
• Third-party payments: a111 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name and match the name on your a111 account.
• Deposit limits: a111 may impose deposit limits at the platform level or at your request as a responsible gaming measure. These limits take immediate effect once set.
• Failed transactions: a111 is not responsible for deposit failures caused by your payment provider, network issues, or insufficient funds in your payment wallet.

Withdrawals from a111 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, or to a verified alternative method where that is not possible. a111 processes withdrawal requests within fifteen minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash during normal operating hours, and within one to three banking days for IBFT transfers.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per request.
• Verification requirement: a111 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts. This is to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Bonus balance: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus conditions.
• Pending bets: Funds relating to unsettled bets are not available for withdrawal until those bets have been settled.
• Reversal of withdrawals: Once a withdrawal has been sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed. Do not request a withdrawal unless you intend to complete it.
• a111's right to withhold: a111 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms, or an ongoing investigation relating to the account.

a111 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement on a111 is 1x the bonus amount for referral rewards and varies for other bonus types. The applicable requirement is always displayed before a bonus is accepted.
• Bonus currency: All bonuses on a111 are denominated in PKR.
• One bonus per person: Players may not attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or by other means. Doing so will result in all bonuses being voided and may result in account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• a111's right to modify promotions: a111 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of modification will be permitted to complete its terms under the original conditions, where practically possible.
• Referral programme: Full terms for the Refer a Friend programme are available at /refer-a-friend. Referral bonuses require the referred friend to complete a qualifying first deposit, as specified in those terms.

All sports bets placed on a111 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on a111.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a bet confirmation from a111 and it appears in your bet history. If confirmation is not received due to a connection failure, the bet may not have been placed.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body of each sport. For cricket, this means the official result as declared by the ICC or the relevant domestic board.
• Void bets: a111 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error, human error or a data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum payout: a111 may apply maximum payout limits per bet or per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing the bet.
• Live betting: In-play odds change rapidly and a111 accepts no responsibility for bets placed under mispriced live odds where the cause was a third-party data latency issue. Players are responsible for confirming odds at the moment of bet placement.
• Match abandonment: Settlement rules for abandoned or postponed matches vary by sport. These specific rules are detailed in the sports-specific terms accessible within the betting section of a111.

• Disconnection during play: If your connection drops mid-game, a111's systems will complete the game round according to the applicable game rules. Winnings from a completed round will be credited to your account automatically once the round settles.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has defined minimum and maximum bet limits. These are displayed within the game interface before each round begins.
• Malfunction of games: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round, that round will be declared void and all stakes returned. a111 will not honour winnings from a round that was materially affected by a software or hardware malfunction.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on a111. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using a111 to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game on a111 is prohibited. a111 uses automated hand analysis to detect collusion patterns.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated betting system, bot, script or software to place bets or interact with the a111 platform without genuine human input is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software errors: If you become aware of a bug, glitch or error that allows bets to be placed or winnings credited outside of normal game rules, you must report it immediately. Deliberately exploiting such errors will result in all winnings generated by the exploit being voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use a111's platform for personal, non-commercial purposes as a registered user. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from a111 without prior written permission from a111.

The a111 brand name and logo are trademarks of a111. Using these marks in any way that could imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership without written authorisation from a111 is prohibited.

a111 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure continuous availability and accurate functioning, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be accessible or free from errors.

• a111 is not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server issues, or external factors beyond a111's reasonable control.
• a111 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• a111's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits a111's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

You may close your a111 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any outstanding balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification if it has not already been completed. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard betting rules and the resulting balance processed.

a111 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of the platform for money laundering;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement compelling account closure;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for more than 24 consecutive months may be closed after reasonable notification attempts have been made.

Where an account is closed by a111 due to a Terms breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned where the investigation finds no wrongdoing.

a111 may revise these Terms at any time. When a change is made, the updated Terms will be published at a111.wine/terms-conditions and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — a111 will provide notice through the platform's notification system or by email to registered users at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of a111 after any revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, your only option is to close your account before the revision takes effect.
